We started our mutual way over 18 years ago as youngsters with big dreams. Since the establishment of Brick Barn, our top priority was always to listen to our clients’ wants and needs. Our relationship with each client is personal and is based on our belief that each individual matters.

Brick Barn currently operates around the Carolinas with investors from the Middle east. We wish to produce attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors the long run. The Brick Barn Real Estate platform embraces investments across the risk spectrum.

We seek to acquire high quality discounted investments. We then improve the properties through hands-on management and targeted value-add initiatives. Our efforts result in solid returns for investors. Brick Barn’s real estate portfolio includes SFH and multi-family houses across the Carolinas.
